For boating in Kentucky, the biggest event at Lake Cumberland is the Lake Cumberland Poker Run. Friday, September 6th kicks off a weekend of fun, music and fast boats. It has become one of the nation’s most popular speedboat attractions. Most of the action occurs on Friday and Saturday, but the speedboats typically end up staying through Sunday to enjoy the Lake Cumberland area attractions.
